The challenge
Every project comes with specific goals: in this case, the main challenge was to strike the perfect balance between sports performance, sustainability, and comfort, to create a truly cutting-edge Padel center.
- Minimizing noise pollution
Padel is an exciting and energetic sport, but it can generate noise that extends beyond the playing area. The project required tailored solutions to respect the surroundings and achieve the lowest possible noise impact. - Ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability
The goal was to reduce energy consumption and management costs without compromising on optimal playing conditions throughout the year. - Providing maximum comfort for players and guests
The club was designed not only as a high-level sports facility but also as a welcoming and comfortable environment, creating a complete and enjoyable experience.

To meet these goals, Favaretti designed and built a tensile structure that integrates the best technologies:
- Acoustic insulation
The perimeter walls and end panels were made with SOUND panels, ensuring effective noise reduction: a crucial feature in today’s modern sports facilities. - Energy efficiency
The arched roof, combined with a suspended ceiling and an insulating rock wool layer, provides exceptional energy performance, maintaining pleasant indoor temperatures both in summer and winter. - Comfort and hospitality
A centralized humidity control system, dimmable LED lighting up to 700 lux, and direct access to the locker rooms and restaurant make this environment welcoming, high-tech, and ideal for a complete 360° Padel experience.
